Developed a Company Marketing Analysis utilizing market and industry information to make suggestions on new strategic marketing direction for Aurora Organic Dairy; created conceptual purchase funnel and performed a Customer Lifetime Value analysis with final recommendation of producing more A2 milk based primarily on gross margin increase.

Developed a business plan for new ice cream cocktail lounge, including a marketing plan and financial analysis with information sourced from IBISWorld; created, distributed, and analyzed a target market survey to evaluate willingness to pay using the Van Westendorp Price Sensitivity model to determine viability of business.

Partnered with Jiant Hard Kombucha on evaluating viability for a new marketing direction; performed conjoint analysis, regression analysis, elaboration models and multi attribute attitude model analysis to identify specific areas in which Hard Tea, Hard Seltzer, and Hard Kombucha drinkers had overlapping preferences; developed consumer insights analysis and created customer profiles resulting in a suggestion of a co-branded marketing approach due to identified consumer preferences.

Examined deal structure analysis and identified growth opportunities in adjacent channels, as well as planning for potential human resource difficulties with Hershey’s acquisition of Lily’s Sweets in comparison to prior acquisitions
